Catch Up

01The service

Catch Up reads your unread Gmail threads for a time window you choose, and uses Anthropic's Claude to generate a priority ranking, short summaries, and — for higher-priority threads — draft replies you can copy into Gmail yourself.

02Accounts

There's no separate Catch Up account — you sign in with Google, and your Gmail address is how we identify your usage and billing. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure; anyone signed into it can use your Catch Up entitlements.

03Subscriptions & payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. A single catch-up is a one-time charge; the unlimited plan is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in EUR and converted to your local currency at checkout where applicable. We may change prices going forward; changes won't apply to a billing period you've already paid for.

04Refunds & cancellation

Cancel your subscription anytime from the "manage / cancel" link in the popup (Stripe's billing portal) — it takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. No cancellation fee, no retention calls.

Given how small these charges are, if something's genuinely wrong — a duplicate charge, a purchase that never unlocked anything — email george@gezerlis.gr and we'll sort out a refund rather than debate it. This doesn't limit any statutory refund rights you have under the consumer protection law of your own country.

05Acceptable use

Don't use Catch Up to:

• Automate or script requests to get around the free-tier limits or paid pricing
• Access or attempt to access another person's Gmail data through the service
• Send content generated by Catch Up that violates the law or another person's rights
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the backend beyond normal personal use

We may suspend access for accounts that do any of the above.

06No warranty

Catch Up is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. It's built and run by one person as an independent tool, not a funded, on-call service.

07Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Catch Up is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed emails, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on an AI-generated summary or priority label. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (for example, liability for fraud).

08Termination

You can stop using Catch Up anytime by uninstalling the extension and cancelling any active subscription. We may suspend or end access for violations of the acceptable-use section above, or discontinue the service entirely — if we do the latter, active subscribers get a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their current period.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you're a consumer based elsewhere in the EU/EEA, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence still apply and take precedence over anything here that conflicts with them.

10Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date above and note it in the extension's release notes. Continuing to use Catch Up after an update means you accept the revised terms.
